How can I book a Pod?

You can book online at https://www.sevenrooms.com/reservations/thepods  (link in bio) or by calling our reservations team on +971 4 453 89 94. 

Please note, booking online is advised as we are currently receiving a high number of calls. 

What happens if I don't reconfirm my booking?

Don’t worry, we will still hold your booking without a reconfirmation.

How can I be certain my booking's been received?

We’ll send an instant confirmation email to the address used in your booking. If you book more than a day ahead, you can reconfirm your booking using a link in your email.

I'm sure I've booked, but I haven't had confirmation - what now?

We will always send you an automated confirmation when your booking is confirmed at the restaurant. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please start the process again. If you continue to have an issue please give us a call on +971 4  453 8994 during business hours or drop us a line at bookings@thepods.ae and we’ll be in touch to resolve the issue.

Is there a minimum spend?

There’s no minimum spend at the moment. 

Does THE PODS offer delivery or takeout?

We offer takeaway which you can order by calling the restaurant on +97144538994.

Are THE PODS air-conditioned?

Yes, our pods are all fully air-conditioned. 

What happens if I'm running late?

Please call the restaurant. We will hold a booking for at least fifteen minutes before reassigning your table.

How do I cancel a booking?

To help us manage sittings we ask our guest to give at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations. You can do this by calling us directly.

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your dinner date you can use the cancellation link within your email confirmation (sent at the reservation time). We also encourage our guest to follow this up with a call direct to the restaurant.

To amend a booking please call us directly, again endeavouring to give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Why do you need my email address?

All bookings are automatically confirmed via email. Without an address to send the confirmation to the booking can’t be accepted. 

What arrangements can you make for special occasions?

We would be delighted to make your special day memorable. We can provide decorations like bouquets, balloons, petals on table, cakes on request. These are subject to additional charges. Please call +971 4 453 89 94 for any special request. Any additions NEED to be booked 7 days in advance.
